Yong-Gon Chon

Senior VP of Services

Mr. Chon has more than 13 years of experience building and leading global consulting teams. As SecureInfo’s Senior Vice President of Services, Mr. Chon is responsible for driving the strategy and direction for SecureInfo’s services line of business. Previously, Mr. Chon was Director of Compliance at Cybertrust, where he drove the company’s strategy for compliance products and services. Prior to the formation of Cybertrust, Mr. Chon was Director of Consulting at TruSecure. At TruSecure, Mr. Chon developed a world-class professional security services organization from grass roots to global delivery and developed the first application security certification based on continuous essential practices.  Prior to TruSecure, Mr. Chon was the Vice President of Risk Management Service at iDefense, where he was responsible for packaging, selling, and executing professional services for Fortune 1000 clients.

Mr Chon has also held leadership positions at MCI Telecommunications, SRA International and was an adjunct professor at The George Washington University.

He holds a B.S. in Management from The George Washington University and is a published author and frequent speaker at industry events.
