Paul Westover

Vice President, Department of Defense Services

As Vice President, Department of Defense Services, Mr. Westover oversees all aspects of SecureInfo’s Department of Defense work. Based on his 20+ years of experience with the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, Mr. Westover brings a wealth of highly relevant domain expertise and leadership skills to the SecureInfo team. He is dedicated to providing customers with high quality solutions that support mission needs and objectives. Beyond his day to day responsibilities, Mr. Westover is also a key contributor to SecureInfo’s thought leadership position within the marketplace.

Prior to joining SecureInfo, Mr. Westover held several senior leadership positions across the defense contractor community. Most recently he served as the Vice President, Department of Defense Programs for Kforce Government Solutions (KGS). In these positions Mr. Westover consistently provided high quality mission support to his customers while growing and driving quality into his organizations. Prior to KGS, he served as Lockheed Martin’s Deputy Director for Operations supporting the National Security Agency’s Information Assurance Directorate. In this role, Mr. Westover was responsible for the daily management, solution development, and service delivery of over 120 Information Assurance professionals.

Mr. Westover had a distinguished 10-year career with the United States Army. Commissioned as an Aviation Officer, he held several flight assignments as well as serving as an information security subject matter expert. During the final three years of his military career he assisted in the development of a highly specialized cybersecurity capability within a key intelligence community organization.

Mr. Westover graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He is active in several community youth support and outreach programs. He and his wife Michelle have two children and reside in San Antonio, Texas.
